Wizy Solutions Fleet safety records

For carriers with 5 to 500 power units

Wrong violations raise your safety scores. We challenge them.

We review your FMCSA inspection record for free, flag the violations worth a challenge, and file DataQs requests with your evidence. Most of our fee is paid only when a violation comes off.

All we need to start

Your USDOT number USDOT 1234567

We pull your public inspection history and send you a plain-English review: which violations are hurting your scores most, and which may be worth challenging.

No cost, no obligation.

Why one bad entry costs you

More inspections

Higher safety scores flag your trucks for more roadside stops, which means more chances for new violations.

Higher insurance

Insurers look at your record at renewal. A cleaner record is a stronger position at the table.

Lost freight

Shippers and brokers check carrier safety data before they tender loads.

FMCSA's DataQs system exists to fix records that are wrong, and it's free. Many carriers never use it: in a reader poll by the trucking magazine Overdrive, 47% said they had never filed a DataQs request.

How it works

STEP 1

Free record review

Send your USDOT number. We review your recent inspections and send you the violations most worth a closer look.

STEP 2

You pick, we gather

You choose which to challenge. We tell you exactly which documents back each one: inspection reports, repair records, lease papers, court dismissals.

STEP 3

We file and follow up

We write and file each DataQs request, answer the state's questions on time, and appeal when the facts support it.

STEP 4

Results, then watch

You get each decision in writing. Optional monitoring checks every new inspection so problems get caught early.

What we look for

We only challenge violations with a real basis. Accurate violations stay on the record, and we'll tell you so.

Citations dismissed in court, where the matching violation is still on your record
Wrong carrier: inspections or crashes assigned to your USDOT number that weren't yours
Equipment that wasn't yours, like an interchanged or shipper-owned trailer
Wrong violation code for what the officer actually observed
Crashes you couldn't have prevented, through FMCSA's crash preventability review

Questions carriers ask

Are you part of FMCSA or the government?

No. Wizy Solutions LLC is a private company. We use FMCSA's public inspection data, and anyone can file a DataQs request for free. You're paying for our time and know-how.

Can you guarantee a violation comes off?

No one can. The state agency that reported the inspection decides. That's why most of our fee is paid only when a violation is removed.

What do you need from me?

Your USDOT number to start. To file, a signed authorization plus the documents behind each challenge, such as the inspection report, repair records, lease or interchange papers, or a court dismissal.

How long does it take?

Under FMCSA's 2026 DataQs requirements, states have 7 days to open a request and 21 days to make an initial decision. Appeals take longer.

Will you challenge every violation I have?

No. Challenges without a factual basis get denied and can hurt your credibility with the state. We'll tell you plainly which ones are worth it.

How do I stop your emails?

Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply "stop," and we'll take you off our list.
